Summer Residence in Petrothalassa

The design proposal includes two distinct residences of the same building type but each with a different interior configuration. One of the residences is by itself a fully functional house, while the other is split into two houses sharing the building services. The building type used was designed so as to have all peripheral functions of the building situated into four stone “pillars” at the edges of the rectangular building thus providing with an open space for the living room and the bedrooms. The landscape design unifies all three residences through a shared garden.
